Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Discounted or sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at sales@happygomezessentials.com.

Gift Orders

  • If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, store credit will be issued once the return is approved.
  • If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, any approved refund will be issued to the original buyer.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on location.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
